3.25 Early Morning Analysis:
Bitcoin surged to around 72,000 but lost momentum immediately, now oscillating around 71,300 — a typical pattern of profit-taking at high levels. The 7-day MA has just been broken below, with the Bollinger Band upper rail pressing down firmly. Breaking higher will face considerable resistance. There's likely to be a pullback to around 71,000 to test if the mid-band support holds.
On the news front, it's the same old story — US equities sentiment warming but Fed hawks remain hawkish, geopolitical conflicts remain uncertain, bulls and bears testing each other. Avoid chasing highs in the early morning.
