From the perspective of Chan Theory, if you go to consume an entire trend of this level, then its retracement is a component of this level—that is, an entire trend of the subordinate level. If you are to consume a component of the current level, then its retracement is a component of the subordinate level. Taking the level on the 30-minute cycle as an example, if you go to consume an entire trend at the 30-minute trend level, then its retracement is a component of the 30-minute trend level, meaning an entire trend of the subordinate level, such as ( 5-minute cycle’s level. Your operational level is on which cycle, so the support and resistance levels can be initially identified at this level. If the support/resistance levels at this level are broken, then look for higher levels. The primary condition for effectively confirming support/resistance is that the candlesticks of the cycle at that level can stand firm. This means the market has no “heat” at that level. Only when volume is released in the form of ( times volume ), does it mean the market gives a certain affirmation to the price at that level—through an exchange of positions (chips) between both sides reaching a consensus, thereby forming recognition of that level.
Of course, you can position yourself in advance at a
