Jin10 data reported on May 31 that a report from the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) to its member states indicated that Iran had conducted secret nuclear activities using materials that were not declared to the IAEA at three locations, which have long been under investigation. This 'comprehensive' report, requested by the IAEA Board of Governors last November, concluded that 'these three locations, as well as other potentially related locations, are part of Iran's undeclared structured nuclear program conducted before the early 21st century, some of which utilized undeclared nuclear materials.'
