Once health insurance switches to co-payment, I can honestly say that for lower-level salaried employees, there's no need to bother. Social Security is enough, or a better company with group insurance will suffice. No need to buy additional coverage.
It's just that when getting health insurance, choose a plan within the price we've already paid so we don't feel like we're wasting money. If you think it's not worth it ( then maybe you shouldn't think about whether you'll get sick and whether it's worth it ). No need to choose the expensive options, that's all. Before deciding, compare a lot, talk to many agents.
