CFTC Chairman reiterated that the majority of cryptocurrencies are commodities.
According to Fox journalist Eleanor Terrett, CFTC Chairman Rostin Benam stated that the Illinois court confirmed that BTC and ETH are classified as digital commodities.
Benam once again added that 70-80% of assets in the cryptocurrency market are not securities.
