The HUGE problem with newer investors with smaller accounts...

They think "ahh I need to swing for the fence to get my 10k account to get to 100k ASAP, then once I get there, I will be more conservative"

Problem?
You do dumb trades that made zero sense.
You are willing to risk it all on a lottery ticket with your hard earned money...

Most people never make it doing that.
This is why you feel trapped in this sub 100k level.

Once you get a little momentum, BAM you get a "bad beat"

Crap in. Crap out.

Instead, start from the ground up with a system that WILL get you there with 99% certainty.

That is buying great companies at good prices and holding for the long term.

Options? Only on ultra high conviction set ups.
Cause options are just a way to magnify an expected move. If you are not highly convictive, it makes no sense to make a magnified bet or really a bet at all.

What I do is boring, but my CAGR destroys the market in the last 7 years since before COVID.
(BTW your 3 year CAGR is worthless, everyone is a genius when the market goes up 20% a year)

99% of people reading this can not produce a CAGR that even beats the SP500 since before covid...

Not bragging by any means, but just stating facts.

Stop the BS
Stop the day trading
Stop the swing trading
Stop the dumb CCs/CSPs

That stuff does NOT work.

I do options, but not how the herd does.
All longer duration contracts.
Portfolio secured puts, not cash secured.
Ratios well within check and will always be just fine in a 50% crash.
