Hamas is willing to immediately initiate a new round of indirect negotiations to reach an agreement on points of disagreement to ensure that aid can smoothly enter Gaza, end the humanitarian disaster, and achieve a permanent ceasefire as well as the complete withdrawal of Israeli forces.
