We have processed refunds for users of the BOB Web3 Launchpad project who submitted the refund form before 07:00 (UTC) on November 21, 2025, and whose Gate spot account held sufficient BOB as of 06:00 (UTC) on November 21, 2025. The refunds have been credited to your Gate account. Please check your account balance.
If you submitted the form but have not yet received your refund, the refund may have failed for one of the following reasons:
· Incorrect withdrawal address: The Web3 address you provided is incorrectly formatted or does not exist.
· Insufficient balance in your Gate spot account: There was insufficient BOB in your spot account.
· UID and address mismatch: The UID you provided is not the Gate account bound to the Web3 address, or the address is not bound to any Gate UID.
There is no need to worry, and you may resubmit the form. When resubmitting, please carefully verify the following to ensure successful refund processing:
· Provide the exact Web3 address used during subscription: Make sure the address you enter is the same address you used to participate in the project.
· Ensure your Gate spot account has sufficient BOB: Refunds will fail if your balance is insufficient.
· Confirm the UID is bound to the Web3 address: Make sure the UID you submit is the Gate account bound to that Web3 address.
Special note for Web3 addresses not bound to a Gate UID:
To protect user assets and prevent fraudulent claims, refunds for Web3 addresses that were not bound to a Gate UID at the time of subscription will require KYC verification. Please submit the form using a Gate account that has the same KYC information as the owner of the Web3 address.
As manual KYC verification involves additional steps, refunds for these addresses will take longer to process than refunds for addresses already bound to a Gate UID. We appreciate your patience, and we will process these refunds as soon as the verification is complete.
The refund application deadline has been extended to 16:00 (UTC) on November 27, 2025. To date, 50% of participating users have submitted the form. We expect refund processing to be completed within one month. This deadline adjustment was made to avoid extended waiting times for users.
Regarding the remaining 50% of funds that are still locked, we are actively communicating with the project team and will publish an update as soon as there is progress.
