1、目标很重要，但目标对大脑来说太虚幻，不如定下具体的身份，你想成为一个什么样的人和你不想成为一个什么样的人，这样会更有代入感。当你想要实现一个目标时，先用那样的身份生活，生活得越久越自然，离目标也就越近了。
