This comes after the Court of Appeals for the District of Colombia requested review. Grayscale intends to turn the Grayscale Bitcoin Trust into a spot Bitcoin ETF by quickly filing the SEC. They also state that they are ready when the conditions for this transformation are met. Grayscale is one of several companies striving to gain SEC approval for its spot Bitcoin ETF, and BlackRock has filed a similar application.
