Mars Finance reports that Li Lin is transferring his entire family office trading team of about 20 people from Avenir Group to Bitfire Group, a wealth management company listed in Hong Kong. It is understood that Li Lin owns a 30% stake in Bitfire to help the company attract more private banking clients. Bitfire CEO Livio Weng stated that Bitfire will acquire the team and its trading system from Avenir Group. Avenir confirmed the deal. With the addition of the new team, Bitfire has secured an initial investment intention of approximately $500 million from family offices and publicly listed companies.
