US media: It is reported that SpaceX has agreed to acquire Cursor for more than $50 billion.

Deep Tide TechFlow news: On April 22, the New York Times, citing two people familiar with the matter, reported that SpaceX has agreed to acquire Cursor for more than $50.0 billion. Cursor is a fast-growing artificial intelligence startup focused on developing code-writing software. As SpaceX is moving forward with this deal, it is also preparing for what could be one of the largest IPOs in history.

Founded in 2022, Cursor has raised more than $3 billion and, as one of the fastest-growing AI startups, once caused quite a stir. SpaceX previously said that Cursor has granted SpaceX the right to acquire Cursor for $60 billion, or alternatively, SpaceX can choose to pay $10 billion for the partnership results. (Jin10)
