Jindawei (Jindawei) announces that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Inner Mongolia Jindawei Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., plans to invest in the construction of an annual 100,000-ton algae oil Omega-3 project. The project’s total investment is 12 billion yuan, and the construction period is expected to be 36 months. The project’s main construction scope includes building a new fermentation workshop and refining workshop, and supporting auxiliary engineering works such as a cooling water pool, a water pump room, various warehouses, a tank farm area, and other public utility and auxiliary facilities, as well as a shift dormitory building.

On April 20, 2026, the company held a board meeting and deliberated and approved the proposal with a voting result of 9 votes in favor, 0 votes against, and 0 abstentions. This investment matter has not reached the company’s shareholder meeting review standards, and therefore does not need to be submitted to the company’s shareholder meeting for approval.
