Vitalik: Suggest Chinese builders combine hardware advantages with open-source AI to explore new cross-disciplinary innovations
Odaily Planet Daily reports that the opening ribbon-cutting ceremony for ETH HK Hub (Hong Kong Ethereum Community Center), supported by the Ethereum Foundation, was held today in West Kowloon, Hong Kong. Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin, Ethereum Foundation Chair Aya Miyaguchi attended, and engaged in a fireside chat with Hong Kong Legislative Council member Ronick Chan.
In his keynote speech, Vitalik stated that Chinese-language builders are encouraged to return to Ethereum’s core principles, fully utilize hardware advantages, open-source AI talent, and ZK technology to explore cross-disciplinary innovations.
Vitalik pointed out that each wave of new technological trends presents an opportunity for a new generation of developers and global leaders to start from the same starting line. The Chinese-language community can maintain forward-looking thinking in an accelerating world and promote the development of the entire ecosystem through innovative solutions.
The launch of ETH HK Hub continues the Ethereum Foundation and Ethereum ecosystem’s emphasis on the Asia-Pacific community and also signifies Hong Kong’s key role in Ethereum’s global landscape.
