German court rules in favor of Teradyne Robotics, issues injunction against Elite Robots

A German court has issued a preliminary injunction against Elite Robots Deutschland GmbH following a copyright infringement lawsuit filed by Teradyne Robotics. Teradyne, the parent company of Universal Robots, claims Elite Robots copied its proprietary software. The ruling prohibits Elite Robots from distributing the infringing software in Germany and orders them to disclose customer information, with Teradyne threatening further legal action against distributors.
