Iran's iconic bridge attacked

Today (April 2nd), the Beik Highway Bridge in Karaj City, Iran, known as the highest bridge in the Middle East and a landmark project in Iran, was damaged in an attack by the United States and Israel.
The highest bridge in the Middle East was attacked by the U.S. and Israel.
It is reported that this bridge is a benchmark project in Iran’s engineering community, considered one of the most complex engineering achievements in the world, and is part of the core road infrastructure of the Tehran-Karaj transportation corridor, which was scheduled to be officially put into operation soon.
The attack caused damage to the main structure of the bridge, and the related road sections have been fully closed.
The local government issued an emergency alert, urging residents to avoid the area.
The attack also led to power outages in parts of Karaj.
