Trump: Anthropic "has a good development trend" and is willing to consider resuming cooperation
ME News Report, April 21 (UTC+8), according to Beating Monitoring, U.S. President Trump stated in an interview with CNBC on Tuesday that his administration believes Anthropic is “developing well,” and he is willing to consider reaching an agreement so that the company can resume contract cooperation with defense officials. Trump instructed federal agencies in February to exclude Anthropic from procurement contracts. Anthropic’s CEO met with White House officials last week in an attempt to repair the relationship. The White House described the meeting as productive and constructive. Trump said on Tuesday: “A few days ago, they came to the White House, and we had a very in-depth exchange.
