ME News Report, April 21 (UTC+8), U.S. President Trump recently stated that the U.S. expects to reach an agreement with Iran in the end because Iran has no other choice and must participate in negotiations. He claimed that the U.S. has the advantage in negotiations, and the current situation is a “regime change,” with successful dealings with Iran. Trump emphasized that the U.S. has full control of the Strait of Hormuz, and the blockade measures have achieved significant results. Regarding a ceasefire, he mentioned that he does not want to extend it again and stated that Iran can improve its situation through an agreement. Iran has been allowed to attend talks in Pakistan and may become a “legitimate state.” Meanwhile, Trump pointed out that Iran should be more rational, or it may face military strikes against its infrastructure. He said the U.S. has more equipment on hand, ready to be used for bombing Iran, and stated that the U.S. military is prepared to enter Iran. (Source: MLion)
