BlockBeats News, April 21 — The offline event “Decoding Web 4.0: When AI Agents Take Over On-Chain Permissions” concluded in Hong Kong. Web3 application NOXCAT, which integrates MPC wallets, social transfers, and on-chain security guarantees, attended the event and revealed its on-chain escrow contract mechanism — when users conduct large OTC transactions, funds are automatically locked by a smart contract, and only released after both parties confirm, eliminating the risk of one-sided default from a mechanistic perspective.

NOXCAT stated that this feature aims to address the long-standing trust issues in large off-chain Web3 transactions, and the application is expected to go live in June 2026.
