Hong Kong stocks closed higher, with the Hang Seng Index up 0.77% and the Hang Seng Tech Index up 0.46%.
The Hang Seng Hong Kong Stock Connect ETF Yinhua (159318) rose 0.89%, and the Hong Kong Stock Connect Technology ETF Penghua (159751) increased by 0.62%.
In terms of sectors, passenger airlines and software sectors led the gains; personal care products and container & packaging sectors saw the biggest declines.
Among individual stocks, Quannuclear Technology surged 101.29%, Jingwei Tiandi increased 21.17%, JinHai Medical Technology rose 19.46%, Yingxi Intelligent up 14.06%, Maifu Times gained 12.75%;
Qingsong Health dropped 60.34%, GuoXia Technology fell 12.46%, Zhida Technology declined 11.7%, GaoXin Retail decreased 9.09%, Cambridge Technology dropped 7.41%.
