I’m not really good at staying calm amid a bunch of group messages… my phone buzzes and I want to tap in to check, and it’s the same with KOLs—the more certain they sound, the easier it is for me to get swept up. Later I realized that this “impulse buy” thing, plain and simple, is still my own itchy hands—I’m not really in a position to blame anyone else.

Now I treat the group like a radar: if I see something move on-chain or if official announcements actually land, then I act; otherwise, I treat it as background noise. Recently, people have been talking about adding taxes in a certain region, and tightening/loosening compliance—whenever expectations for deposits and withdrawals change, everyone’s emotions get twisted up right along with it. And the more chaotic times get like this, the easier it is to be taken away by a line like “a big market move is coming”… Before bed, I still cut my positions; I’d rather miss some price swings than wake up in the middle of the night with my heart racing.
