The economy is really in a slump. In Beijing's core area, East Second Ring Galaxy Soho, the rent is only 2.8 per square meter per day, with decoration costing 5 yuan. This is a prime location! Despite that, the vacancy rate is ridiculously high. Back in the day, rents in this area were not cheap!
