Yingjia Gongjiu announced that Qin Hai resigned from the position of General Manager due to work adjustments. After stepping down, he will continue to serve as a director and in other roles. Yang Zhaobing has been appointed as the new General Manager, with a term until the expiration of the board of directors. Yang Zhaobing has extensive sales and management experience and has been serving as a director of the company since 2014.

Recently, Yingjia Tribute Liquor announced the resignation and appointment of senior management personnel. The disclosure revealed that the board of directors recently received a resignation letter from the company’s General Manager, Qin Hai. Due to work adjustments, Qin Hai has applied to resign from his position as General Manager. After stepping down, Qin Hai will still serve as a director, member of the Compensation and Assessment Committee, and member of the Strategy Committee of the company.

Following the nomination by the company’s chairman and approval by the Nomination Committee of the board of directors, the company’s board of directors agreed to appoint Yang Zhaobing as the company’s General Manager, with a term starting from the date of approval by this board until the end of the fifth board of directors’ term.

Yang Zhaobing, male, born in August 1976, of Chinese nationality, with permanent residence abroad, a member of the Communist Party of China, with a technical secondary education. Mr. Yang Zhaobing previously worked as a workshop employee at Fuziling Distillery, director of the Tongling and Hefei offices of the sales company, manager of the Xi’an office and Anqing regional manager, manager of the Business Department and Expansion Department of the sales company, regional manager of Anhui, executive general manager, general manager, assistant general manager, and general manager of the sales company, and general manager of the company. He has served as a director of the company since March 2014, a director of Yingjia Group since May 2014, concurrently serving as General Manager of the sales company from December 2020 to March 2026, and as Vice General Manager of the company from September 2023 to March 2026. He is currently the General Manager of the company.
