Con Edison has launched an Enhanced Energy Affordability Program (EEAP) to help New Yorkers in New York City and Westchester County save on their gas and electric bills. The program offers monthly discounts based on heating type, income, and household size for residential customers earning below the area median income. Customers already in the state’s Energy Affordability Program are not eligible, but others receiving government benefits can apply online.
