Does everyone know how high the yield of duckweed is? 45 tons per mu, more than 100 times that of rice. Even considering dry weight, the starch yield per mu is 2.5 tons, more than six times that of rice. The protein yield per mu exceeds 850 kg, more than ten times that of soybeans, the king of proteins. So, what exactly is duckweed? Why is the yield so high?
