Deviation of total market value and index

1. Recently, major indices have actually declined quite a bit, but why hasn't the total market capitalization changed much? 2. According to this result, it should be that the weighted stocks fell while the non-weighted stocks rose, but the actual feeling is that non-weighted stocks seem to have fallen more? There haven't been many new stocks listed recently, so why is this happening?
