Optical communication concept stocks surged, AAOI up nearly 9%, Lumentum up over 4%; storage concept stocks rose, SanDisk up over 5%, Micron Technology up over 3%, Western Digital up over 1%. Paramount’s “Dancing with the Stars” fell over 7%, hitting a near two-week low.
