【AI+9888】Baidu launches "Lobster Market" after Tencent, offering "one-stop" services

OpenClaw open-source AI agent software, the lobster craze sweeps across mainland China. Following Tencent (00700), Baidu (09888) will also launch the “Lobster Market” on March 11 (Wednesday). At 11 a.m., outside Baidu Technology Park K1 gate, Baidu engineers will be on-site to provide a one-stop service.

Tencent Cloud, a subsidiary of Tencent, held an offline event in Shenzhen Tencent Building on March 6 to offer free installation of the AI agent “Lobster” OpenClaw. One hour after the event started, all reservation slots were fully booked. According to reports, Tencent founder Ma Huateng directly expressed surprise on WeChat Moments, saying, “Didn’t expect it to be this popular.”

Additionally, the Foshan Chancheng District Government website recently published news from the Chancheng District Administrative Service and Data Management Bureau stating that Chancheng District, in partnership with China Telecom (00728), launched a free deployment service called “Little Lobster” for the public. Residents can bring their personal computers to China Telecom Chancheng Fenjiangnan Business Hall to enjoy a one-stop service provided by China Telecom customer service engineers, including lightweight version installation and deployment, model configuration, and popular skill unlocking.
