Minister of Transport Liu Wei stated on March 9 at the second “Minister’s Passage” during the Fourth Session of the 14th National People’s Congress, “During the 14th Five-Year Plan,” the main framework of the national integrated three-dimensional transportation network, consisting of “6 axes, 7 corridors, and 8 passages,” has achieved a construction completion rate of over 90%. The draft outline of the 15th Five-Year Plan plans to improve the modern comprehensive transportation system.
