Take profit on Shun Na Shares, buy the dip on Yasheng Group! Tomorrow's potential dragon target: Ningbo Construction!

Abstract generation in progress

Entered the market in 2015, honing my skills for ten years. During this time, I faced nine losses, kept fighting after each setback, and remained unwavering in my dedication! After nine twists and turns, looking back suddenly, I finally reached the place where the lights are shining brightly! My ancestors are from Ezhou, hence called Nine Phoenixes. Phoenix reborn from the ashes, focusing on: main trend, main dragon, main rise!

  1. Current holdings.

  2. Yasheng Group

  3. Yunsai Zhijian

  4. Today’s operations.

First, take profits on Shunna Shares. It’s a bit regretful—today, the bidding directly hit the top once, but was ultimately taken out by quantitative trading. In the afternoon, when it hit the limit-up again, I reduced half of the position. The remaining position didn’t push to the limit-up at the close, and was sold off through bidding for profit.

For such leading stocks, it’s possible to hold the pattern; sometimes, they might push to the limit-up at the end of the day, so hold until the last moment.

Today, if it had opened 3-6 points higher like yesterday, I would have exited. It topped once and was taken out by quant trading, with Wangli Security occupying the position.

Second, trading on Yunsai Zhijian. In the early trading, a few second-board stocks showed potential; with volume and opening gap meeting expectations, I went in directly.

But it was crushed by a wave of shakeouts! Losses within the pattern are understandable and unavoidable.

Third, low buy Shengya Group. A friend mentioned it yesterday. I said if it doesn’t break the 5-day moving average, I can buy in. Today, it met expectations and hit a limit-up, recovering the loss from Yunsai Zhijian.

Thanks to that friend—if he hadn’t mentioned it, I might not have paid attention. Once he did, I focused on it. Such coincidences happen; thus, more communication during the trading day is beneficial, as it reveals the beauty of sharing.

  1. Market overview.

The three major indices opened high and moved higher throughout the day, with Shenzhen Composite up over 2%, and ChiNext up over 3%. The anticipated market recovery was validated.

There were 4,302 stocks in the green, 790 in red, 55 limit-up, and nearly 4 limit-down. Market sentiment was high, and profit opportunities were good.

  1. Market bias.

Rotation-driven market.

Main themes: Digital Collaboration (Smart Grid, Computing Power)

  1. Market review.

In the leading stock strategy, Shunna Shares missed the top spot today mainly because overnight funds were too uniform, pushing it straight to the top without turnover, resulting in a loss and forced profit-taking.

In the continuous board strategy, Meili Yun was quickly hit with a limit-down, which caused the market to turn sharply downward. Neither Jin Kai Xin Neng nor Shunna Shares met expectations.

The most anticipated Yunsai Zhijian was also hit hard, leading to very poor sentiment today, except for a single one-way move by Ningbo Electric.

Ningbo Electric placed an overnight order; I canceled it after no trades at open, but then entered Yunsai Zhijian and suffered a setback. If I hadn’t canceled, I might have traded it at the close.

Trend stocks are noteworthy, especially Huagong Technology, Huasheng Tiancheng, and GCL System Integration, which performed very well.

Early in the day, several fiber optic concepts—Hangzhou Electric, Tongding Interconnection, Hengtong Optoelectronics—were low bought, and today they all gained about 8% in large bullish candles.

The intra-day exchanges were very beneficial. Today, I focused on Yasheng Group after discussing it with a friend yesterday, and the previous day, I bought Shunna Shares after talking with Brother Wang. Such exchanges are very important; I suggest everyone communicate more, learn, and explore together.

  1. Position management.

With a main trend, 80% of the capital; 20-30% in individual stocks.

In rotation markets, 50% of the capital; 10-20% in stocks.

In chaotic periods, 30% of the capital; 5-10% in stocks.

  1. Tomorrow’s plan.

First, leading stock strategy.

  1. Overnight order for Ningbo Construction. No time to watch the market tomorrow and the day after due to meetings and training. After missing the top spot today, the next potential leading stock is Ningbo Construction.
  2. Low buy Shunna Shares. Target the 5-day moving average, ideally hitting the floor price during bidding and being picked up quickly—this is the best scenario.

Second, continuous board strategy. First board to second board: Feilong Shares, China Electric Xinlong, Dingxin Communications.

Third, trend strategy: Huasheng Tiancheng, GCL System, Zhongtian Technology, Honghe Technology, Dongyang Sunshine.

Fourth, low buy strategy: Jinniu Chemical. About -6% below, buy when it stabilizes around the 10-day moving average.
