Before the change, Quantum Leap held a 6.23% stake; after the change, its holding decreased to 4.999978%. This equity change does not violate any commitments, intentions, or plans previously made, does not trigger mandatory tender offer obligations, will not result in changes to the company’s controlling shareholder or actual controller, and will not affect the company’s normal operations.
