The total number of restricted stocks to be granted under this plan will not exceed 3.00 million shares, accounting for approximately 0.46% of the company’s total share capital at the time of the plan announcement. The plan will grant incentives to no more than 44 individuals, with the grant price set at 3.40 yuan per share.
