Minister of Civil Affairs Lu Zhiyuan said at the press conference on the theme of people’s livelihood during the Fourth Session of the 14th National People’s Congress on March 7 that in the next five years, efforts will continue to build county-level comprehensive elderly care service management platforms, expand the functions of regional elderly care service centers, and adapt to local conditions to increase the coverage of village (community) elderly care service facilities and stations.
