Wang Yue News On March 6, the preparatory meeting and press conference for the 92nd Shandong Spring Sugar and Wine Fair in 2026 were held at the Taishan International Convention and Exhibition Center, with representatives from over 30 key enterprises in Shandong liquor industry attending.

At the press conference, the main leader of the Shandong Sugar and Wine Sub-food Business Association officially announced that the 92nd Shandong Sugar and Wine Commodity Fair in 2026 will open on April 17 at the Taishan International Convention and Exhibition Center. This marks the first time in 12 years that the Shandong Spring Sugar and Wine Fair, which has been held continuously in Zibo, will be relocated to Tai’an. This is also the first time since 2015 that the event will be held in Tai’an after an 11-year hiatus.

As the only regional sugar and wine fair in the country that has been inherited from the planned economy era, organized and specifically hosted by the association itself, it has a history of 48 years and 91 sessions. It is also the oldest and longest-running regional sugar and wine fair to date. Since 2013, the fair has been fixed in Zibo for the spring session, with the autumn session rotating among various cities. Starting this year, the spring session will be moved to Tai’an, breaking the previous pattern. “The exhibition will continue to focus on revitalizing Shandong liquor, adhere to the principle of low-cost public service, serve enterprises, promote industry development, and continuously inject new momentum into industry revitalization and innovative growth. We believe that the Shandong Sugar and Wine Fair will leverage this transition to Tai’an as an opportunity to achieve new development and new breakthroughs,” said a relevant person from the Shandong Sugar and Wine Sub-food Business Association.

It is understood that the 2026 Spring (92nd) Shandong Sugar and Wine Commodity Fair is organized by the Shandong Sugar and Wine Sub-food Business Association, with co-organizers including Taishan Distillery Group and Tai’an Taishan International Convention and Exhibition Center Management Co., Ltd. The main venue will be at the Taishan International Convention and Exhibition Center, with a planned exhibition area of over 50,000 square meters, including 20,000 square meters indoors and 30,000 square meters outdoors. The exhibition will feature six major zones: Hall A, Hall B, Hall C, outdoor exhibition tents, outdoor table-and-stool area, and filling equipment zone. There will be over 150 special booths, nearly 700 standard booths, more than 600 table-and-stool booths, and several filling booths, covering high, medium, and low price ranges. The exhibition area and booth numbers are roughly the same as the previous event in Zibo, capable of meeting various exhibitor needs across different industries and levels. The scope of participation includes alcohol, food, beverages, dairy products, condiments, filling, packaging, and daily chemical industries. Besides most local manufacturers, over 20 other provinces and cities across the country will also participate. Based on past data, around 1,500 enterprises are expected to exhibit, with up to 80,000 visitors.

“Shandong is a major province for alcohol and food production and sales, with a large market consumption and strong radiation capacity, providing broad development space for domestic and foreign enterprises, and creating huge growth potential. We hope that merchants from home and abroad will fully utilize the platform advantages and bridging role of the Shandong Sugar and Wine Fair to explore markets and secure channels,” said a relevant person from the Shandong Sugar and Wine Sub-food Business Association.
