On March 5th, according to Xinhua News Agency, the Fourth Session of the 14th National People’s Congress opened at the Great Hall of the People. Premier Li Qiang stated in the government work report that over the past year, efforts have been made to stabilize the real estate market, reasonably control the supply of new land for real estate, implement city-specific policies to reduce restrictive measures, lower the interest rates for individual housing provident fund loans, and the task of “guaranteeing delivery of housing” has been fully completed.
