After several provinces introduced regional hydrogen energy highway policies, National People’s Congress delegate and Yihuatong (688339.SH / 02402.HK) Chairman Zhang Guoqiang proposed in the 2026 Two Sessions that the national level should coordinate and plan nationwide hydrogen energy highway demonstration routes to expand its radiating and driving effect.

Hydrogen fuel vehicles are a type of new energy vehicle. Compared to the currently large-scale commercialized electric vehicles, hydrogen fuel vehicles are still in the early stages of development and are hindered by high costs and incomplete infrastructure.
