Jia Yueteng and his affiliated companies have had 1.41 billion yuan recovered in enforcement, with the total amount exceeding 2.2 billion yuan
【CNMO Technology News】Recently, according to the latest information disclosed by relevant platforms, Jia Yuetings and his controlled LeEco Holdings (Beijing) Co., Ltd. have added a new enforcement recovery case, with a target amount of over 1.41 billion yuan. The court executing the case is the Beijing Third Intermediate People’s Court.

According to CNMO, the person subject to enforcement—LeEco Holdings (Beijing) Co., Ltd.—was established in September 2011. The legal representative is Wu Meng, with a registered capital of 1 billion RMB. Its business scope includes project investment, investment management, and asset management. In terms of shareholder structure, the company shows a clear family business characteristic, jointly held by Jia Yuetings, Jia Yuefang (siblings), Hui Xin Asset Management (Tianjin) Partnership (Limited Partnership), and Chenxi Asset Management (Tianjin) Partnership (Limited Partnership). Among them, Jia Yuetings personally holds about 92% of the shares, with absolute control.
It is worth noting that this is not the only enforcement case Jia Yuetings has faced recently. According to relevant data, as of now, Jia Yuetings has multiple related enforcement records, with the total amount enforced reaching approximately 2.267 billion yuan. This huge figure acts as a heavy shackle, not only reflecting his personal financial distress but also indicating the significant pressure on his business empire, built over a lifetime, in terms of reputation and cash flow.
While domestic debt pressures continue to mount, Jia Yuetings, who has been living in the United States for many years, has recently been active in business. His company, Faraday Future (FF), has recently officially launched EAI robot deliveries, delivering the first batch of robots to the high-end vacation rental operator Golden Hills, including 2 Master Ultra robots and 4 Aegis robots.
