(“USA TODAY Co.”, “we”, “our”, or the “Company”) (NYSE: TDAY) announced today that it will release its fourth quarter 2025 financial results on Thursday, February 26, 2026, prior to the opening of the New York Stock Exchange. Management will host a conference call on Thursday, February 26, 2026 at 8:30 A.M. Eastern Time to review the financial and operating results for the period. A copy of the earnings release will be posted to the Investor Relations section of USA TODAY Co.’s website, investors.usatodayco.com.
