JFB Construction to Merge with XTEND, Form Defense Robotics Leader

JFB Construction Holdings is merging with XTEND Reality Expansion Ltd. to form XTEND AI Robotics, Inc., a Nasdaq-listed defense robotics leader. The all-stock agreement, valued at $1.5 billion, will create a U.S.-based company focused on AI-driven autonomous defense technology, with JFB repositioning from construction to advanced defense. JFB recently raised $10 million through a private securities offering, with part of the proceeds intended for investment in XTEND.
