China Securities Regulatory Commission Chairman Wu Qing said at the press conference on the economic theme of the Fourth Session of the 14th National People’s Congress on March 6, “During the ‘14th Five-Year Plan’ period, we will improve the construction of a market stability mechanism with Chinese characteristics, enrich the means and mechanisms for cross-cycle and counter-cyclical adjustments, and enhance the intrinsic stability of the market.”
