Focus on community group buying, online e-commerce, live streaming sales, digital copyrights, and new types of works such as cultural and creative products and “script murder” games, increasing judicial protection efforts to effectively serve the healthy development of new business formats like digital economy and “grain economy.” Third, improve comprehensive duties to enhance the quality and efficiency of protection. For crimes involving the manufacture and sale of counterfeit and inferior food and medicine that harm public interests,依法 initiate criminal supplementary civil public interest litigation.
