Tianpu Shares: No plans to develop artificial intelligence-related business

Tianpu Shares issued a notice warning of stock price risks, stating that its stock price has seriously deviated from fundamentals and there is a possibility of rapid decline. The company and its subsidiaries currently have no artificial intelligence-related technologies or business plans, nor have they signed any cooperation agreements with shareholders Zhonghao Xinying.

Tempu Co., Ltd. issued a risk warning announcement on March 2nd stating that the company’s stock price has experienced a significant increase, accumulating substantial trading risks. It has now deviated seriously from the company’s fundamentals, and the stock price may rapidly decline at any time in the future.

As of now, both the company and Tempu Xincai have no reserves of artificial intelligence-related technology or R&D personnel, and have no plans to develop AI-related businesses.

After self-examination, the company has no plans to develop AI-related businesses; and has confirmed with shareholder Zhonghao Xinying that, as of now, the company has not signed any framework cooperation agreements or similar agreements with shareholder Zhonghao Xinying. Zhonghao Xinying’s existing capital securitization path is unrelated to the company.
