Bitcoin mining company Bitfarms announces headquarters will relocate back to the United States and rebrand as Keel Infrastructure

Mars Finance reports that Nasdaq-listed Bitcoin mining company Bitfarms announced it will relocate its headquarters from Canada to the United States and will also change its name to Keel Infrastructure. The move is subject to approval by shareholders, securities exchanges, and courts. It is understood that Keel Infrastructure will be a company incorporated under Delaware law, and after the registration change is completed, its common shares will be traded on Nasdaq and the Toronto Stock Exchange after updates.
