Just recently came to Taoxian, hope everyone can give Little Fire Dragon more likes and support. Today, the overall market trend was quite unexpected, opening lower by 0.87 after the bidding ended. Those with some experience wouldn’t panic and cut losses. Because there was no major negative news on the news front, it was just a follow-up correction with the US stocks, and the gap down was quite significant, so a rebound today was within expectations. However, sector differentiation is severe, profit-making effects are not focused, and overall operation difficulty remains high. In the morning, 4,000 stocks rose, but by close, only 2,749 stocks rose. The trading volume was only 2.16 trillion yuan, with a clear trend of funds resting before the holiday. So, it’s still advisable to control positions and avoid chasing highs.

The day’s fluctuation was 1.6%, with a trading volume of 898.6 billion yuan, continuing to shrink, showing obvious pre-holiday fund resting characteristics. Early in the morning, it tested 4029 with quick support and rose sharply, reaching a high of 4095 but faced resistance and fell back. Short-term support around 4030 is effective, and the 4100 level is a strong resistance. The volume is insufficient to break through. The market still shows structural differentiation, with consumer finance supporting the market, while track stocks weaken, and high-low switching continues. With only three trading days left before the holiday, the index is likely to fluctuate narrowly around 4030-4090, focusing on light index and heavy structure, mainly low buying for defense, and avoiding chasing highs.

1. The market recovered weakly today, but expectations are still limited. Gains are mainly from miscellaneous sectors, with hot spots shifting. Yesterday’s leading sectors are cooling off today.

2. Oil & Gas Exploration surged mainly because the US is preparing to take action against Iran, directly stimulating the oil & gas sector to rebound. The core intercontinental oil & gas stocks hit the limit-up. But the sector’s sustainability is questionable.

3. Chemicals opened strong, with leader Baichuan Co., Ltd. quickly hitting the limit-up, also boosting lithium batteries. But the sector is hard to sustain.

4. Yesterday’s big gain in consumer stocks disappeared today, showing a clear pendulum effect with the overall market. When the market rises, consumption stalls.

1. There was positive news for traditional Chinese medicine last night, which pushed the sector to top Teyi Pharmaceutical and Panlong Pharmaceutical today. But after the opening, sentiment cooled, and the pharmaceutical sector declined.

2. Hangzhou Jiebai fermented retail sector yesterday, hitting a limit-up today, but lacked sustainability, leading to a collapse during the session.

3. The photovoltaic sector had positive news last night, but the bidding was fragmented—Yijing Optoelectronics hit a limit-up on one side, while GCL Energy Technology opened lower on the other. For such sectors, missing the opportunity is better than making mistakes.

4. AI applications performed strongly yesterday, but today bidding started to race ahead. The current market is quite difficult. Only chasing hot spots intraday may have some premium on the next day, but it’s hard to make money in the back rows.

4. Continuous Board Teams:

Today, market sentiment recovered, but the rate of consecutive limit-ups decreased, indicating the market does not recognize high levels but prefers rotation for a one-day rally. Caution is advised when doing relay plays.

Hangzhou Jiebai: Consumer position, blocked Jingtou Development, but also facing pressure from Jingtou’s 3-limit-up, so caution needed for relay tomorrow.
Jinfu Technology: Playing acquisition stories again, after a previous acquisition led to a consecutive limit-up, then stopped, and the stock plummeted. Now it’s back, but expect to withdraw if it stalls.

5. Tomorrow’s Plan:
