When institutional assets begin to explore on-chain solutions, the obstacles are often not technical complexity, but two words: compliance and privacy.

DUSK's approach is quite interesting—it doesn't pursue extreme performance but instead targets the real pain points of traditional RWA on-chain. How exactly does it do that?

**In terms of privacy**, it uses the Hedger engine, with core technology being homomorphic encryption. Simply put, data can be computed while encrypted, allowing institutional clients' sensitive financial information to be processed without exposing the original data. Compared to existing solutions, this indeed provides a more compliant operational space.

**Settlement is even more impressive**. Traditional optimistic Rollups have a well-known "challenge period," where transaction confirmation requires waiting for some time. DUSK introduces the MIPS pre-verification mechanism, significantly shortening this cycle. What’s the result? Increased capital efficiency, enhanced finality, and friendliness to large transactions.

In essence, DUSK aims to build a modular infrastructure framework—solving both compliance and regulatory pain points as well as capital efficiency issues. If this approach truly works, it offers a feasible solution for large-scale on-chain application of regulated assets.

Compliance and privacy are the real bottlenecks; technology is secondary.

But still, can homomorphic encryption really be used on a large scale? Data shows that historically, the expectations have always been overly optimistic. Let's wait and see if it can be implemented. I need to calculate the costs of the MIPS mechanism on an hourly basis; otherwise, miners will end up consuming too much.

Homomorphic encryption really has some substance; it's much more clear-headed than those projects that boast about performance every day.

I've long said that this wave of RWA is the real opportunity. Once the two main pillars of compliance and privacy are addressed, the era of institutional asset onboarding is truly here. DUSK's homomorphic encryption approach, in simple terms, means data can be used without being visible. This is the future, brother. What are you still tangled up in technical details for? You haven't grasped the core — the high ground has already been clarified. Once capital efficiency is unlocked, watch out — major institutions will flock in. This opportunity must not be missed.

Homomorphic encryption is indeed very hardcore, but how much closer are we to truly going on-chain? --- Compliance is the real hurdle; only then will institutions truly dare to participate. --- MIPS pre-verification sounds good, but I wonder how the actual performance will be. --- It feels like RWA has been all talk and no action. Can DUSK actually be implemented? --- Privacy + efficiency together is a good direction, but execution is the real challenge. --- I've heard too many times about modular frameworks; ultimately, it depends on who actually uses them. --- How are they handling the gas costs of homomorphic encryption? --- Institutional asset on-chainization still has too many uncertainties; regulation will always be the biggest variable.

Compliance and privacy are indeed the bottleneck for institutions entering the chain. Homomorphic encryption looks promising; data can be used without exposure, which is a real necessity for large funds. Just want to know if the MIPS pre-verification plan will incur any hidden costs in actual large transactions. Waiting to see if it can truly attract top-tier institutions.

Compliance + privacy are the ultimate trump cards; performance is actually secondary. This approach is indeed a counterintuitive move.
