Start with trading settings. Open the top right corner and click on Trading Settings, then find the Trading Pre-sets module. Choose your frequently used chain (BNB Chain is recommended first), then set Slippage to 0.1 to significantly reduce losses caused by price slippage. Also, lower Priority to 0.1 to balance transaction confirmation speed and cost.

Another key point—Gas fees. Using your own Gas for interactions is more cost-effective; don't rely on platform cover.
