Can small funds really turn around in the crypto world?

I've been asked this question countless times. Every time I hear it, I don't laugh; instead, I feel a strong resonance.

Because I have also gone through that phase. When I first entered the crypto space, my initial capital of 1500U once亏到只剩800U, at that time, I was trembling even when opening the trading page. The scariest thing was no longer liquidation, but losing confidence to turn things around due to a single mistake.

Later, I met a brother whose situation was even more difficult—only 600U, almost losing all hope. I told him one thing:

Don't think about getting rich overnight; learn to survive first.

What happened next?

In one month, his account reached 6000U. In three months, it broke through 20,000U. Not once did he get liquidated—from start to finish, it was steady and reassuring.

You might think this is luck. Actually, no. Those three months, he lived more monotonously than anyone: no all-in bets, no chasing gains, no acting on feelings, following a predetermined rhythm, like a patient hunter waiting for his chance.

He initially doubted: "Is it really possible to turn things around this slowly?" I showed him my trading records over the years—confidently following the big trend when it arrives, reducing positions during consolidation, going completely flat during dips, waiting patiently.

Making money is never about being bold; it's about execution and rule awareness.

Gradually, he realized a truth: having less capital is not a disadvantage; it’s actually an advantage. Traveling light means flexible adjustments, and being cautious enough means compound interest can accelerate.

The words I told him, he always remembers:

You're not here to fight the market; you're here to "hunt" the market. Take profits when you can, and withdraw when necessary.

After growing from 600U to 20,000U, he told me:

"Now I understand, what makes me lose money isn't the market itself, but these two hands that always want to mess around."

What I want to say to everyone is:

Success doesn't require you to be super smart; it only requires you to control your impulses. Having less capital really isn't important; what's important is that you have methods, patience, and someone willing to guide you.

Eventually, exploring in the dark will lead to walls. Now, the light has been turned on. Whether to walk towards it depends on you.

That's so true. Controlling desires is more important than anything else. Restlessness is the retail investor's Achilles' heel.

Restraint is the key to victory; reckless actions can ruin a lifetime, and this is no exaggeration.

You're so right. Restraint is really more valuable than courage. I'm practicing that right now.

Holding steady can make you money; it's easy to say but hard to do.

Honestly, small-scale gains are all about mindset and discipline; there's nothing mysterious about it. --- This mindset really needs to be cultivated. Being careless really costs money. --- Turning 600U into 20,000 is possible, but the key is not obsessively watching the market every day. --- Don't ask if it's possible; nine out of ten people can't resist going all-in. --- The dream of getting rich overnight is faster than a margin call—wake up. --- Lower funds are actually more worry-free; there's less capital to risk your life on. --- Self-control is the hardest lesson, much more difficult than choosing coins. --- Being careless destroys everything—no doubt about it. --- Playing slowly is much more enjoyable than rushing to make money. --- Having less capital? I never really thought about this angle.

600U turned into 20,000. The key is really not the market trend, but rather not to make reckless moves. I believe in that.

To be honest, I understand this mindset. Turning 600U into 33 times more is indeed outrageous, but the key isn't about how much money you have, it's whether you're listening to your brain or not.
