Constantly scrolling through posts debating which memecoin is trending hardest on TikTok or which one will blow up next. Here's the thing though—viral moments and social media hype are not the same as a solid project.

Trending on TikTok doesn't guarantee anything. The views, the hype, the algorithm boosting a coin across feeds—none of that translates directly into actual returns or staying power.

The trap is easy to fall into. You see massive engagement numbers, FOMO kicks in, and suddenly you're riding whatever has momentum that week. But while you're chasing the hype train and pushing mediocre projects because they look good on your feed, you're probably missing the runners that actually have substance behind them.

The lesson: virality is noise. Focus on what actually matters—fundamentals, utility, team credibility. That's where the real opportunities hide.
