Mark your calendar for January 15, 2026, at 1:00 PM UTC—Pharos is hosting a deep dive into the future of on-chain asset finance. The discussion centers on a critical question: why do generalist Layer 1 blockchains struggle to handle real-world asset financing at scale?

The session will unpack how purpose-built infrastructure changes the game. Through modular architecture and native composability, specialized blockchain designs unlock unprecedented efficiency for RWAfi applications. Instead of forcing real-world assets into generic blockchain frameworks, the focus shifts to building systems from the ground up for asset tokenization and on-chain finance.

If you're tracking the evolution of blockchain infrastructure and how emerging chains approach the RWAfi opportunity differently, this is worth your time.

RWAfi indeed needs to be redesigned from scratch; general L1 should have been abandoned long ago.

It's another RWA story. Are the L1s really going to be proven wrong this time?

Another briefing for RWAfi... By the way, are general L1s really that weak, or are dedicated chains just a marketing gimmick?

Haha, RWA and Layer1 again, sounds pretty good... But honestly, I just want to know if these people are reliable when it comes to bringing real assets on-chain. NGL, discussions about this kind of professional infrastructure definitely need to be listened to. After all, the general-purpose chains can't handle certain things, and maybe these smaller chains can figure it out. It's another January meeting. Let's see if I have the free time then to focus on this timing haha. Modular + composability... sounds fancy, but in the end, it still depends on whether there is real data to back it up. Alright, I’ve taken note. Who knows, it might be the next big trend.

Another RWAfi lecture... Can this one say something different? --- Will a dedicated chain really be better than L1? I think it still depends on execution. --- Wait, why are you only talking about it in January? Why not launch and implement now? --- I'm tired of modular architecture. How many truly scalable options are there? --- Pharos is back selling courses. Is this time betting on RWAfi? --- Sounds good, but I'm just worried it will be another PPT revolution... --- It's so difficult to put actual assets on the chain. How are they solving this? --- I'm afraid I'll get cut again, but I added it to my calendar anyway haha
