The key issue is: the smallest trading unit of Bitcoin is Satoshi, not necessarily whole coins. 1 Satoshi = 0.00000001 BTC, in other words, 1 BTC = 100 million Satoshis.
Using today's market prices as an example, if you want to spend 660,000 RMB on $BTC , it might be a bit overwhelming. But on the other hand — for just over 6 yuan, you can buy about 10 Satoshis worth of Bitcoin. This is the real cost of entry.
